Allow Cerulean.mkNexus to be an alias for flake-parts.lib.mkFlake also rename Cerulean to cerulean in Nix to maintain the naming convention.

Using flake-parts ensures Cerulean is usable without restricting yourself only to the Cerulean ecosystem.
